Short Description: The Patient Navigator is responsible for assisting Commcare clients with prior authorizations and locating copayment assistance to improve patient outcomes and increase adherence and compliance.  

​Complete Description: ​The Navigator responds to client inquiries and advocates on their behalf to ensure prescription approvals and payments are received in a timely manner. 

Minimum Requirements: High school graduate or GED. 1+ years of experience. Must have experience with insurance billing and medical coding.
