DaVita is hiring a Nocturnal Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

This is a nocturnal position working the 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift, dialysis experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Dialysis experience
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including the 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

The Wage Range for the role is $19.50 - $30.00 per hour.
