Job Description
This position follows a rotating schedule consisting of three shifts that change weekly, with a requirement to work every third weekend.
Example rotation:
Week 1: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Week 2: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Week 3: Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., plus Saturday and Sunday
Additional Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations preferred.
