REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates will have experience drafting patent applications and prosecuting before the USPTO. An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or any equivalent thereof and USPTO admission required. The firm might consider Mechanical Engineering or Physics degrees if candidate has extensive AI and software experience. All candidates must have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
