Parts Specialist (HVAC & Boiler Systems)

D2B Groups is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Parts Specialist to join our client's team, focusing on HVAC and boiler systems. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing parts for various HVAC and boiler equipment, assisting customers with their parts inquiries, and managing inventory for the department. Your expertise will be vital in providing accurate information on parts availability, compatibility, and pricing. Additionally, you will handle customer orders, process transactions, and ensure that parts are delivered promptly. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field is a plus

• Proven experience as a parts specialist or in a similar role within HVAC systems

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and boiler parts, applications, and specifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in inventory management and order processing systems
