Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support client teams in day-to-day account and project activities,

  • Research brands, competitors, and integrated communications campaigns to support planning and execution,

  • Assist in researching current industry trends, consumer insights, and relevant cultural or media developments,

  • Support research and identification of suitable Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) aligned with brand objectives and campaign needs,

  • Assist in coordinating and liaising with media and KOLs, including outreach, follow-ups, and information sharing,

  • Help prepare and maintain media and KOL lists, contact databases, and tracking and reporting sheets,

  • Support the preparation of basic materials such as media kits, event scripts, talking points, and presentation decks,

  • Assist in compiling campaign updates, coverage summaries, and simple reports for internal teams or clients,

  • Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, filing, and expense tracking where required,

  • Assist with on-ground support during events, media gatherings, press conferences, or brand activations (e.g., registration, coordination, logistics support),

  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time,

  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
