Partner Success Specialist APAC

Role description

The Development Acceleration Program (DAP) team plays a crucial role in managing relationships with a diverse group of partner companies (more than 1000) seeking to leverage our various development tools (SDKs and APIs) to interface with Genetec products. Our team comprises professionals responsible for administrative partner management, technical support, and the certification of SDK integrations developed by our valued partners.

Operating internationally, our team is spread across multiple locations, including Montreal at Genetec's headquarters, Paris, and our recent expansion in Singapore. As the DAP program continues to flourish, we are seeking a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) to actively contribute to various activities related to the management of Genetec's Software Development Kit (SDK), fostering direct collaboration with our esteemed technology partners.

What your day would look like?

As a Partner Success Specialist, you will be entrusted with managing relationships with our development partners. Your role will encompass leading pre-sales sessions and third-party application integration activities, coordinating SDK training initiatives between our teams and partners, and providing essential development tools (SDKs and APIs), as well as product references to our valued end customers. Being a Partner Success Specialist entails:

· Managing numerous accounts continuously to ensure smooth partner interactions.

· Being a key point of contact, fostering effective communication with various internal teams at Genetec.

· Contributing to the development of a highly successful corporate program that resonates in the market

This opportunity will allow you to harness your exceptional interpersonal skills while deepening your expertise in the dynamic field of physical security. Additionally, your work will bridge across our three office locations: Montreal (company headquarters), Paris, and Singapore, necessitating seamless coordination and communication with colleagues and clients from around the world

Roles and responsibilities

· Coordinate and participate in pre-sales sessions with potential partners.

· Manage Genetec Software Development Kit (SDK) applications from prospective partners.

· Oversee the provision of SDK tools, samples, and documentation to cater to development needs.

· Obtain comprehensive data on the scope of planned integrations and facilitate approvals through evaluation and collaboration with relevant Product/Commercial teams.

· Track partner data and integration status within Genetec systems, including CRM, Sharepoint, Add-on Portal, etc.

· Provide prompt answers or direct inquiries to the appropriate teams, whether from external or internal sources.

· Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure proper processing of quotes.

· Work with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate receipt and processing of purchase orders.

· Partner with the Marketing team and partners to publish relevant information through internal and external channels.

· Coordinate SDK Training, Integration Certification, and other related activities.

· Offer first-level technical and licensing assistance, supporting the coordination of Technical Assistance activities.

· Prepare and present statistical reports on the program.

· Participate in program improvement processes and other pertinent initiatives.

· Guide and supervise interns in collaboration with other team members

Knowledge

· Prior experience in coordination, account management, or customer service roles.

· Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

· Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
