Part Time Sr. Shift Supervisor

Our partner is looking for a Part Time Sr. Shift Supervisor in Costco in Kailua Kona, HI. In this role, you will drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling where customers live and shop. You will also support leadership with day-to-day operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling
• Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
• Set up and break down product demonstrations
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a professional and approachable manner
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available 4+ days a week, including Sunday and Monday
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning the work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Self-starter focused on achieving results
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Able to perform job duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment
