About the role

  • We are currently seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The position will begin part-time, working a flexible 15 hours per week. After 90 days, their will be an opportunity to move into a full-time role. The SLP will be responsible assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communications, and feeding disorders.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic strategies to address those disorders.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide therapy and interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities.
  • Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and available therapies.

Qualifications

  • Possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Have obtained state licensure through the Tennessee Board of Communication Disorders and Sciences
  • Have obtained Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCCs)
