JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Abington invites applications for part-time academic job of Kinesiology Adjunct Instructor(s) for the Fall 2026 Semester.

Specifically looking for instructors to teach KINES 13 - First Aid & Safety, CPR/AED and KINES 72 - Fitness Walking.

These are one semester, non-tenure track appointments with the possibility of reappointment. Candidates should have an interest and skills in lifetime sport and exercise activities (e.g. fitness conditioning, yoga).

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline and/or advanced certification/expertise in a specialized field, and a commitment to quality teaching is required.
  • Previous teaching experience is preferred.
