Part- Time Italian FIT Executive

A leading Inbound Tour Operator are looking for an Italian FIT Executive to join their exciting team. The ideal candidate will work in office whilst training and then work on a freelance basis from home.

What will you be doling?

• Point of contact for all inbound enquiries via email and telephone
  
• Build and maintain relationship with clients in order to create best possible package
  
• Organise and book all tour elements - accommodation / attractions / restaurants etc
  
• Sent booking confirmation and vouchers where viable
  
• Point of contact for any amendments, cancellations etc
  
• General admin and data entry tasks
  

The ideal candidate will be someone who can buold and maintain relationships with key clints and suppliers alike in order to ensure client satisfaction is always met and or exceeded
