Do you love cooking and making people smile with a great meal? Columbia Place Assisted Living is looking for a dedicated Cook who can bring joy, flavor, and nutrition to our residents’ daily lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare delicious, well-balanced meals for our residents following set menus and special diets

• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized in compliance with health standards

• Ensure food presentation is inviting and appealing

• Record temperatures and follow proper food safety procedures

• Work harmoniously with the care team and support dietary staff

• Step in with supervision duties when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience cooking in a healthcare, long-term care, or similar environment

• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform typical kitchen duties
