Role Summary

As a Nutrition Ambassador, you are not just part of the service team — you are the storyteller of our food philosophy, the connector between our nutrition pillars and our members’ daily choices. Every dish and drink is thoughtfully curated, and your role is to bring that ethos to life through excellent service, authentic engagement, and deep knowledge of what we offer. 

This role requires ownership, collaboration, and agility. You will play a key part in creating memorable dining experiences while also stepping into other guest-facing roles as needed, ensuring seamless support across MORROW’s member journey. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure drinks are made consistently and presented neatly.
  • Take orders and assist guests with basic menu enquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
  • Support stock checks, replenishment, and basic inventory duties.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
  • Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Prior barista, café, or F&B experience is preferred.
  • Basic coffee knowledge is preferred, but training can be provided.
  • Valid food hygiene certification is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
