JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Shenango is currently accepting applications for Part Time Athletic Gameday Workers to support Home Game Day Events.

This position includes a variety of responsibilities that could range from ticket booth operations, concession stand operations, scoreboard operations, set-up, and clean-up duties. Applicants must be detail oriented, ability to handle money, follow directions carefully, and have a great work ethic. Hours will vary from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

Ticket Booth Operations employees will assist with the following:

  • Set-up table
  • Sell tickets by handling cash
  • Will call lists
  • Sell apparel by handling cash
  • Close-out booth operations by completing cash handling reports
  • Turn over locked cash bag/box to concession stand worker

Concessions Stand Operations employees will assist with the following:

  • Set-up table
  • Prepare popcorn, sell concession products
  • Close out stand
  • Complete cash handling reports

 

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
