Part-Time Advanced Technician

Position Summary:

Part-time positions on the Dale Mabry campus as a English Communications Tutor in the Dale Mabry Academic Success Center.

This position primarily involves working in-person in the Dale Mabry Academic Success Center with the potential to work remotely to a very limited extent.

Salary range: $12.00 an hour

Responsibilities: This position provides academic support to students enrolled in applicable HCC English and Humanities courses primarily through one-on-one tutoring. The planning and conducting of workshops, generating study materials, or other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Coordinator may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications: Competitive applicants for this Advanced Technician position will have at a minimum a Bachelor's Degree in a field of study with extensive writing requirements.

Additional Information: This position will be scheduled no more than 28 hours per week. Evening and weekend hours may be required.
