• Facilitating fun, creative, and therapeutic activities for residents

• Getting to know residents and tailoring programs to their interests

• Coordinating with other departments to support holistic care

• Keeping documentation of participation and activity outcomes

• Spreading positivity, laughter, and community spirit throughout our facility!
