JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Greater Allegheny invites applications for part-time faculty to teach in person at the Greater Allegheny campus. We are looking for instructors in all disciplines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications include Bachelor and Master's degrees, at least one of which should be in the specific area or a closely related field, and relevant experience. 
  • College-level teaching experience preferred.

Applicants will be reviewed based on their background, experience, and educational credentials. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until vacancies are filled.

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
