About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Senior iOS Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality mobile solutions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

Responsibilities

 Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance applications for the iOS platform.

 Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define architecture, requirements, and technical solutions.

 Ensure application performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.

 Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior and mid-level developers.

 Architect reusable frameworks, components, and best practices for the iOS team.

 Integrate iOS applications with backend services and RESTful APIs.

 Drive adoption of modern development practices (unit testing, CI/CD, automation).

 Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

 Stay up to date with emerging iOS technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and apply them to improve efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

 5+ years of hands-on experience in iOS development with Swift and Objective-C.

 Strong expertise in iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, AVFoundation, UIKit, SwiftUI.

 In-depth understanding of Apple’s design principles, Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), and App Store submission process.

 Solid knowledge of iOS ecosystem, dependency management (CocoaPods/SPM), and mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture).

 Strong debugging, performance optimization, and memory management skills.

 Experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade apps with high user traffic.

 Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.).

 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative team environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

 Experience in mentoring teams, conducting technical interviews, and leading sprints.

 Prior experience with unit testing, UI testing, and automated deployment pipelines.

 Knowledge of mobile security best practices (Keychain, encryption, secure APIs).

 Contributions to open-source projects or published technical articles.

 Published and maintained multiple apps in the App Store.
