Park Services Lead
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark - Park Services Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of equipment and all general areas in the Waterpark both during and after hours and is expected to maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the Waterpark, pools, shower areas, and bathrooms.

Pay Rate - $18 - $19/Hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
- Cleanliness of all general areas within the Waterpark.
- Coordinating and delegating daily tasks to the Park Services team.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and development of associates.
- Must maintain associate confidentiality with all associate records.
- Communicate to the Manager on Duty when tasks are not completed.
- Knowledgeable about all chemicals and supplies used within the Waterpark.
- Being alert and regularly inspecting restrooms and general areas for any hazards or safety risks.
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform duties in an active, high-energy environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work.
- A positive attitude and a personality focused on service.
- Willingness to work flexible and sometimes long hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience with cleaning equipment is helpful.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at date of hire.
Work Environment
- This job operates in an active and loud environment.
- Candidate must be comfortable with frequent changes in the environment temperature.
- Candidate must be able to work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to move throughout the waterpark frequently.
- Reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work.
- Must be able to walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
- Regularly requires evening and weekend work.
