Parcel Solutions Director

The Parcel Solutions Director is responsible for leading Hub Group’s parcel strategy, ensuring cost-effective, scalable, and service-reliable parcel solutions across customers and business units. This role provides strategic oversight of parcel carrier relationships, pricing and audit governance, performance management, and risk controls. The Director partners with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Technology leaders to align parcel capabilities with enterprise growth objectives, customer requirements, and financial targets.
