We are seeking a talented individual for Paralegal & Compliance Analyst position at Marsh. This role will be based in Seoul, Korea.
We will count on you to:
Compliance & Risk Management
- Implement compliance programs, risk assessments, and action plans; conduct Korea compliance monitoring and reporting
- Review Gifts and Entertainment events and Third Party Provider engagements
- Conduct trade sanctions due diligence screening and preliminary reviews
- Manage data privacy controls, data incidents, client privacy inquiries, and vendor questionnaires
- Develop, deliver, and translate compliance training and communication materials
- Prepare regulatory reporting materials and input system reports
Legal Support
- Review and analyze standard contract templates and legal documents under supervision
- Coordinate with in-house Legal Center on business contracts
- Provide board, company secretarial, and corporate governance support
- Manage corporate records and legal/compliance document retention, including corporate seal and legal bill management
- Support urgent and ad hoc legal/compliance matters as needed
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Legal and Compliance within multinational or financial companies
- Solid experience with legal research, document drafting, regulatory compliance support, compliance monitoring, and/or risk management
- Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal)
