Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works across guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, and back-of-house facilities. Your work will help ensure the hotel remains beautifully presented and maintained to the highest standards.

• Painting, decorating and finishing works throughout the hotel
• Surface preparation including patching, sanding, filling and priming
• Restoration and refurbishment projects across guest and public areas
• Maintaining the appearance of luxury guest rooms, suites and event spaces
• Identifying areas requiring repair or preventative maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard

About You

You are a skilled tradesperson who takes genuine pride in your craft. You understand that the quality of a finish can elevate a space, and you consistently deliver work that reflects a high standard of care and attention to detail.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in painting and decorating
• Exceptional attention to detail and workmanship
• A strong commitment to quality and presentation
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A professional, reliable and proactive approach
• Trade qualifications (preferred)
