Body Shop Paint Technician
Pay
- Flat Rate: $19–$34/flat rate hour, depending on:

Key Responsibilities
- Perform automotive paint repairs according to manufacturer, insurance, and company standards.
- Prepare and paint repaired vehicle parts.
- Inspect completed paint work for quality.
- Track repair time and document completed work.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Use paint materials efficiently.
- Keep customer vehicles clean.
- Attend training to stay current on repair techniques.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of automotive body/collision repair experience.
- Knowledge of body shop equipment and tools.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of automobiles.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
