Job Description & Summary

FS Consulting at PwC Poland develops solutions that support the effective management of regulatory, market, credit, and operational risk. Our work involves not only the analysis of financial statements, but above all the drawing of conclusions and practical implementation of new regulations for the largest international banks, taking into account the impact on their business models, operational processes, and IT systems.  

 

Your future role: 

  • Gain hands-on experience in international projects for leading financial institutions, supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, and business transformation initiatives,

  • Get the opportunity to participate in projects covering consulting and risk management, including operational, credit, and market risk,

  • Contribute to projects covering credit risk, market risk, operational risk, stress testing, IFRS 9, ICAAP, IRB, and post-merger integration activities,

  • Support the analysis and interpretation of financial, regulatory, and operational information for major banking groups,

  • Explore the latest AI and Generative AI technologies by helping develop innovative solutions and intelligent agents for the financial services sector,

  • Build valuable professional experience while collaborating with risk, data, technology, and consulting experts in an international environment.

 

Apply if you: 

  • Are in your 3rd year of studies or have completed higher education (regardless of field or type of institution),

  • Have strong analytical skills and logical thinking abilities,

  • Find innovative, out-of-the-box solutions and enjoy working in a team, 

  • Can dedicate approximately 30 hours per week to the internship program,

  • Are fluent in German and English (C1 or higher) and want to work in an international environment, 

  • Are familiar with new technologies and AI-based tools in everyday work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, summarizing content),

  • Enjoy improving processes and working collaboratively.
