Summary The Production Tech position performs the processing of cooked meat products under the supervisor and direction of the RTE Supervisor. Maintain Mult ivac Controls, Change Film, Label Verification, Conveyor Belt Checks, Record OPS Data, Tool Accountability 2.Performs the careful handling of both cold and hot cooked meat products in a fast-paced environment. 3. Labeling, boxing and stacking finished products. 4. Must be able to stand between 2 – 3 hours at a time. 4. Must be willing to follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) of the company which include but are not limited to: use of a hair net, use of a company approved frock, no jewelry, no nail polish or artificial nails, no shorts, no open-toed shoes, no ripped clothing or rhinestones/glitter on clothing, no chewing gum, candy or tobacco.
