Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. Continuous monitoring and adaptation to changing needs are integral to the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of application features.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Sales and Distribution modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in managing application releases and ensuring system stability within packaged or cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for solution alignment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Sales and Distribution processes.
- Excellent understanding of integration points between SAP Sales and Distribution and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
