Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate changes and troubleshoot issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with cloud-based integration patterns and middleware solutions.
- Strong understanding of API management and service-oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for application customization and automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and configuration issues.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
