The Position

The People Support Solutions (PSS) organization brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions. As a P&C Business Partner Advisory, you will partner flexibly and virtually with global business leaders, offering on-demand, ad-hoc guidance on core P&C topics that require immediate, short-to-medium-term value creation. Integrating deeply into the Business Partner Chapter and the People Support Solutions (PSS) organization, you will use your business acumen to diagnose needs, coach managers, and translate requirements into high-impact P&C solutions.

The Opportunity

• Strategic Advisory & Coaching: Provide expert guidance to global leaders across talent management, succession planning, performance management, reward/compensation, organizational design, and employee wellbeing.

• On-Demand Problem Solving: Act as a trusted advisor on complex generalist topics, including organizational transformations (change management, redundancies), conflict resolution, employee representation, and reintegration.

• Process & System Consulting: Advise, train, and coach business and P&C leaders on global processes and system rollouts (e.g., global grading initiatives).

• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze P&C metrics (turnover, talent review data, onboarding trends) to sense organizational needs proactively and drive decision-making.

• Global Collaboration & Squads: Participate in regional and global cross-functional squads to deploy strategic P&C initiatives in partnership with other P&C chapters (People Relations, Operational Advisors, and Networked BPs).

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with Roche policies, local legislative requirements, and regional standards while maintaining a connected and caring approach.

Who You Are

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant P&C / HR experience in similar generalist or advisory roles (University / College degree required).

• Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken command of both English and Spanish is required (additional regional languages are a plus).

• Advisory & Coaching Mindset: Demonstrated ability to diagnose short-term business needs, ask probing questions, and deliver fit-for-purpose HR solutions.

• Customer-Centric & Accountable: High end-to-end ownership with proven cultural awareness and the ability to navigate complex matrix environments.

• Communication & Influence: Courageous authenticity with strong negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

• Data & Digital Savvy: Comfortable leveraging technology, data, and analytics to uncover root causes and propose compliant, innovative solutions.

• Resilient & Agile: Thrives under pressure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while handling demanding situations with situational awareness and objectivity.
