Job Description:

As an Armed Security Professional at Extrity Services, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, and/or Regional Manager, you will implement security protocols, monitor activities, and respond to incidents with professionalism and attention to detail. Your role is essential in upholding Extrity Services' commitment to operational excellence and professionalism. This position will be located at a high-end luxury resort located in Franklin, TN and requires overnight availability.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Adhere to the company's dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
• Demonstrate punctuality, arriving on time for assigned shifts.
• Conduct yourself courteously and professionally with all clients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Enforce access control procedures and maintain records accurately.
• Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
• Maintain and report on the functionality of security equipment.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, following established protocols.
• Operate a Gator (cart) to patrol premises
• Oversee onsite recreational events like ax-throwing, zip-lining, etc. 
• Assist with investigations by providing timely information.
• Provide truthful and timely data, including incident reports and shift reports.

What You'll Bring: 

• An active and clear TN Armed security license.
• Experience in conducting patrols, surveillance, and managing security incidents.
• Knowledge of security equipment and its proper usage; school-setting familiarity a plus.
• Personable, professional, and positive personality and attitude.
• Understanding of emergency protocols and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with access control procedures and identification verification.
• Your own personal firearm and tactical gear.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures (not required).
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
