Outreach Coordinator (Agency Wide)

The Outreach Coordinator will lead agency-wide outreach and relationship-building efforts to strengthen referral networks, increase community visibility, and support continued program growth. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community organizations, providers, schools, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote agency services and expand opportunities for collaboration. Responsibilities include coordinating outreach initiatives, tracking referral activity, supporting marketing and networking efforts, attending community meetings and events, and ensuring consistent professional communication with external partners. The Outreach Coordinator will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve referral pipelines, and support strategic expansion efforts across programs and regions.
