Outpatient Occupational Therapist

36 hours/week (eligible for all benefits)
No weekends or on-call

Sign-on bonus for less than 4 full years OT experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)
Sign-on bonus for PT with 5 years+ OT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)
Relocation assistance available (dollar amount negotiable)
Caseload 90-95% Adult-Geriatric; small percentage of Pediatrics
Most common Dx include Neurological (CVA, TBI, etc.) and Orthopedic
Will work  in varied locations:  Zanesville, New Concord, and Somerset
Monday-Friday (four 10-hour days MAY be possible)
1-2 days/week will be a 10:30a - 7p schedule
Will join team of 3 OTR's and 3 COTA's
Computerized documentation (Epic)
This OTR position requires flexibility, teamwork and efficient work skills.  All OP Clinics are fast paced and staff are scheduled for evaluations& treatments with blocked times for documentation. OT staff work in multiple locations and are responsible for adjusting schedule to assist in other OP locations if vacancy/ openings in the schedule.
OTR can cross-train to the inpatient hospital setting as interested
Reports to OP Therapy Coordinator and OP Rehab Manager
