 Should have a good understanding of OTM support, functionally and technically.

"Scope would be to deal with functional issues and technical for day to day Production Support. Scope of work wouldl include resolving the CEMLI Break-Fix issues as per SLAs, developing NEW customizations as per client's requirement, coordinating with OnDemand for RFC Scheduling etc. Should be willing to work in night shifts.
