MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To elevate retail employees' capabilities by delivering impactful learning programs, strengthening product knowledge and selling excellence, and enhancing the overall client experience to maximize Maison Margiela's retail performance.

Job Descriptions: 

1. Plan, organize and deliver retail training programs (classroom, digital and in-store coaching) covering product knowledge, collections, selling techniques and client experience.
2. Deliver Maison Margiela's Selling Ceremony and product training to strengthen selling excellence and support KPI achievement.
3. Partner closely with the Merchandising team to design and deliver seasonal product training, ensuring Retail teams are fully equipped to support new launches and storytelling.
4. Identify capability gaps through store store observations, coaching sessions, KPI analysis and feedback from Retail leadership.
5. Provide regular in-store coaching and follow-up to reinforce learning, improve selling behaviors and elevate client experience.
6. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and business performance indicators, and recommend improvement plans.
7. Collaborate with Retail, HR, Merchandising and HQ stakeholders to localize and execute global learning initiatives.
8. Coordinate and manage training operations, including the annual training calendar, classroom scheduling, participant management and training materials.
9. Coordinate and deliver onboarding training programs for newly hired Retail employees.
10. Monitor Mystery Shopping and NPS results, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance customer experience.
11. Stay up to date with Maison Margiela products, industry trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance training quality and drive retail excellence.
12. Champion Maison Margiela culture and values through all learning initiatives.

Qualification:

1. BA degree or above with relevant major preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Training, Learning & Development or Retail Operations within the luxury industry
3. Strong understanding of the fashion industry and retail environment
4. Excellent communication and analytical skills
5. Fluency in spoken and written English
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple priorities effectively while adapting to a fast-paced environment
