looking for a Recruitment Head to lead our talent acquisition function and strengthen our

people strategy as we continue to grow.

Role Overview:-

To protect organisational trust by preventing misconduct, ensuring ethical governance, and

safeguarding long-term credibility through independent oversight, investigations, and

ethical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:-

Own and strengthen the organisation’s ethics and integrity framework, including:

Code of Conduct

Conflict of Interest (COI) policy

Moonlighting policy

Whistleblower policy

Ensure policies are clear, enforceable, legally compliant, and consistently applied.

Design and oversee a fair and legally compliant system to identify and manage:

Undisclosed secondary employment

Competing interests

Vendor–employee conflicts

Own and operate the independent whistleblower mechanism, ensuring confidentiality,

non-retaliation, and time-bound resolution.

Lead independent investigations into fraud, data/IP leakage, insider dealings, and

serious policy violations.

Coordinate with Legal, HR, IT, and external advisors when required.

Provide evidence-based investigation reports and recommendations to the CEO and

Board.

Partner with IT and Legal to strengthen data, IP, and information governance from a

risk and ethics perspective.

Drive ethics awareness and leadership sensitisation, promoting a culture of integrity and

safe reporting.

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, providing early warnings on integrity

risks.

Requirements:-

Minimum 3 years of experience in ethics, compliance, legal, risk, or governance

High personal credibility and independent judgment

Calm, discreet, and fair under pressure

Strong investigation and decision-making capability
