Medicasa, realtà leader nell'assistenza domiciliare integrata, è alla ricerca di Operatori Socio Sanitari (OSS) motivati e qualificati per ampliare il proprio team a Milano e provincia. Distretti di riferimento: Area Ovest, Quartu Parteolla e Interland di Cagliari

 

• Fornirai assistenza diretta e supporto nelle attività quotidiane a persone fragili al loro domicilio (igiene personale, vestizione, mobilizzazione, alimentazione).
• Collaborerai con l'équipe multidisciplinare (infermieri, fisioterapisti, medici) per garantire un'assistenza completa e personalizzata.
• Segnalerai al personale sanitario eventuali cambiamenti nelle condizioni del paziente.
• Offrirai supporto emotivo e relazionale al paziente e ai suoi familiari.
• Contribuirai a mantenere un ambiente domestico sicuro e confortevole.

Esperienza pregressa, anche minima, nell'assistenza domiciliare o in strutture socio-sanitarie.

Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
