Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and academically accomplished Associate Professor for our MBA program in OSB- ONE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS affiliated to HKBK (Hazrath Khwaja Khuthubuddin Bakhtiar Kaki). The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise, research aptitude, and a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring students. Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD (awarded or pursuing) in Management or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach core and elective MBA courses such as (ask for specifics: e.g., Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy, etc.)

- Mentor and guide MBA, BBA, and other undergraduate/postgraduate students in academic and career development.

- Engage in high-quality research and publish in reputed journals.

- Design and update curriculum in line with industry trends and academic standards.

- Contribute to institutional activities, committees, and accreditation processes.

- Guide student projects and dissertations.

- Participate in faculty development programs and academic conferences.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university.

PhD in Management or allied areas (awarded or pursuing) is mandatory.

Minimum years of teaching/research/industry experience at the university level or equivalent.

Demonstrated research capabilities through publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Desired Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Knowledge of current industry trends and integration into classroom teaching.

Familiarity with digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
