Organized Retail Executive

The Organized Retail Executive – Technology Business will be responsible for supporting sales growth and retail operations across organized retail channels for premium technology products in Iraq. The role focuses on managing retail relationships, ensuring product availability and visibility, supporting promotional activities, and enhancing customer experience across assigned retail outlets. 

The incumbent will work closely with retail partners, store teams, and internal stakeholders to execute sales plans, monitor retail performance, and support business development initiatives for the Technology Business. 

Requirements

Key Qualifications: 

• Strong experience in organized retail, retail sales, account management, or consumer electronics sales. 

• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising standards, and in-store promotional activities. 

• Ability to manage relationships with retail stores and key retail stakeholders effectively. 

• Experience in monitoring product availability, pricing, and retail visibility across stores. 

• Strong communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills. 

• Ability to support sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and retail activation activities. 

• Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail. 

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced retail environment. 

• Familiarity with premium technology brands or consumer electronics industry is preferred. 

• Understanding of Iraq retail market dynamics and customer behavior is an added advantage. 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. 

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in organized retail, retail sales, or account management roles. 

• Prior experience in technology products, mobile handsets, accessories, or consumer electronics industry is preferred. 

• Experience in retail merchandising, sales coordination, or store operations is an added advantage. 

• Experience working within Iraq retail markets will be highly preferred.
