closely with Fortune 500 Companies and Key Private sector Agencies. We
are providing staffing support to more than 10 State Customers across USA
and have successfully staffed for more than 260 roles in last 6 months.

Need Face to Face

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience working in large-scale IT organizations
• ITIL Foundation v3 certification
• Extensive Change Management experience
• Solid understanding of how various technologies fit together to deliver enterprise IT services
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts
• Solid understanding of development processes, tools, and methodologies
• Hands-on knowledge of information security concepts and best practices
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility
• Ability to proficiently facilitate meetings and conduct briefings
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis understanding that he/she may be called in to assist with major outages
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
