Order Entry Customer Service

UPM Raflatac is looking for a Customer Service I located in Sentura, Tlalnepantla.

I’m excited to welcome a new Order Entry to our industry leading team. What you will do 

• Entering in orders from all customer segments as set by KPIs 

• Correcting all failed E-biz orders daily 

• Completing cases – Enter purchase order numbers by system Rafgo following the customer notes

• You have advanced level of spoken and written English and Spanish 

• You possess a task-oriented approach that enables you to manage assignments effectively 

• You can manage time effectively 

• You respond effectively to novel situations 

• You are focused on efficiency and continuous improvement and capable of identifying and designing effective workflows and procedures to enhance productivity 

• You are detail-oriented with a meticulous focus on accuracy 

• You have interest in personal and professional development beyond the current role 

• You are willing to learn systems and processes knowledge
