About the role
We are looking for an Order Delivery & Project Coordinator to support order processing, delivery coordination, and project-related activities. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, customers, and external service providers to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and accurate invoicing.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-order activities, order intake, shipments, and deliveries
- Support installation and commissioning processes with customers and third-party providers
- Manage invoicing, work orders, and purchase orders
- Monitor timelines, payments, and customer requirements
- Support forecasting and billing-related activities
- Act as a key contact for customers, sales, and service teams
Qualifications
- Graduate-level education
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or a similar role
- Background in B2B manufacturing is preferred
