Job description

Orchestration brings intentionality, coherence and impact to Fashion's key projects, ensuring alignment across métiers, Markets and client touchpoints. By connecting strategy, governance and execution, it helps transform shared ambitions into meaningful and consistent outcomes across the Region and Markets. 

 

As Orchestration Governance & Strategy Senior Manager for SEAA Fashion, you will play a central role in shaping the frameworks, governance and ways of working that unite our Fashion division across 360 métiers. Acting as a key link between Global, Regional and Market stakeholders, you will help translate strategic ambitions into actionable priorities, driving alignment, accountability and impactful execution across key Fashion initiatives.  

 

Working closely with the Head of Orchestration, you will establish the standards that guide project delivery, support cross-functional initiatives and embed successful practices into the division's ongoing ways of working across SEAA. 

 

 
Key missions 

  • Shape Vision & Ambition: Contribute to the modelling of the Orchestration Team’s mission, vision and ambition, providing a clear frame to inspire collective progress and strengthen ways of working. 

  • Structure Governance: Design and implement a robust orchestration governance cycle aligned with key business and planning milestones, ensuring clarity, cohesion and accountability across teams, enabling faster decision-making and stronger execution of Fashion priorities 

  • Champion Collaboration: Foster an integrated, cross-functional culture by strengthening partnerships across Orchestration and key functions. Build alignment and shared ownership across stakeholders, reducing silos and ensuring key Fashion initiatives are delivered with consistency and collective commitment. 

  • Streamline Ways of Working: Optimise workflows across all project phases – from framing to execution and measurement  enabling teams to collaborate efficiently and move seamlessly towards shared goals. Ensure clarity and collaboration on One House calendars and key projects. 

  • Support transverse Projects: Lead and coordinate ad hoc or cross-functional initiatives by building taskforces with the right stakeholders, ensuring timely progress on key topics. Integrate successful outcomes into ongoing ways of working to drive continuous improvement and long-term impact. 

  • Clarify Measurement & Reporting: Define success criteria and reporting principles, helping teams track progress, drive accountability and support continuous improvement.

Experience 

  • 8–10 years of experience managing complex projects and programmes within large organisations. 

  • Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive execution across functions, markets, and levels of seniority. 

  • Experience designing governance frameworks, establishing ways of working, and embedding sustainable operating models within dynamic organisations. 

  • Strong understanding of the Fashion business cycle, including collection milestones, commercial planning, and key moments that shape execution across markets and functions.
