Oracle HCM Technical Lead

The Colleague Experience Group (formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague experience every day. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The Oracle HCM Technical Lead will report to the Director of Digital Product Solution Design. As part of this team, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions. The role is primarily focused on Oracle HCM reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts), AI Agents, REST API development, and Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS/VB Studio).
