The Oracle HCM Talent, Learning & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting modules within Oracle Fusion HCM.
This role ensures effective management of talent lifecycle processes, employee development, and recruitment operations, aligning with business goals and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvement across HCM Talent applications.

The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

  • 6+ years experience in Oracle HCM Talent, Learning and ORC modules

  • Strong AMS experience: Incidents, SRs, enhancements, configurations

  • End-to-end implementation + post-go-live support

  • Experience in performance cycles, hiring processes, and learning programs

  • Understanding of Core HR integrations

  • Basic knowledge of Fast Formulas, workflows, approvals

​Talent Management

  • Implement and support modules: Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Review

  • Manage talent profiles, competencies, rating models, and performance cycles

  • Support talent assessments, calibration, and career development frameworks

  • Partner with HR to align talent strategy with workforce planning

2. Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)

  • Configure and manage catalogs, courses, specializations, and learning assignments

  • Drive training programs, certifications, and compliance learning

  • Support learning administration, content management, and skill frameworks

  • Enable integration with Talent profiles

3. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle – requisition to onboarding integration

  • Configure career sites, workflows, candidate selection, and offer processes

  • Optimize candidate experience and recruitment strategy

  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in client-facing, fast-paced AMS environment
  • High ownership and multitasking ability
  • Bachelor’s degree (IT/HR/Business or related)
  • AMS/Managed Services experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL/Service Management
