Oracle DevOps CPQ Developer

We are looking for an Oracle DevOps CPQ Developer.

What will you do? 

• Work on Oracle CPQ configurations, workflows, and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless quoting solutions.

• Manage and resolve support tickets related to CPQ, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Utilize ServiceNow for tracking, prioritizing, and documenting incidents and requests.

• Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for CPQ-related issues.

• Provide support and troubleshoot CPQ-related issues.

• This is a remote position

What are we looking for? 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

• Understanding of CPQ implementation, customization, and support.

• Experience in managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution in line with defined SLA commitments.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident, request, and change management.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish.

• Preferably Oracle CPQ Certified (a strong plus).

• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

• Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
