Experience Level - 5 to 10 years Role Type: Permanent Work Model: Hybrid Location : Offshore/Onsite(based on project requirement) Role Overview Wed, 3 Jun at 1:03 PM We are looking for an experienced Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) professional to design, develop, and deliver digital banking solutions. The role involves working closely with business, integration, and core banking teams (e.g., Oracle FLEXCUBE) to build scalable and high-performing digital channels. Key Responsibilities: You'll be at the heart of our digital transformation, collaborating with business, integration, and core banking teams (including Oracle FLEXCUBE) to build scalable, high-performing digital channels. Your day-to-day will include: • Installing, configuring, and deploying OBDX environments • Developing Customisations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations & Integrations • Building and enhancing digital journeys using OBDX frameworks • Integrating OBDX with core banking systems, payment platforms, and third-party APIs• Troubleshooting production and non-production issues end-to-end • Driving code quality through reviews and best-practice adherence • Collaborating with UI/UX teams to craft and deliver intuitive customer experiences • Contributing to requirement analysis and solution design Required Skills Must-Have: • Good Communication skill • Strong hands-on OBDX experience • Proficiency in Java / Microservices, PL/SQL, REST & SOAP APIs • Experience with the OBDX extensibility framework and Development Workbench • UI/UX customization skills (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) • Familiarity with DevOps tools — Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of retail and corporate digital banking journeys Nice to Have: • Mobile app development (iOS/Android) • Security frameworks — OAuth2, API security • Payment systems integration • Cloud experience — OCI, AWS, or Azure What We Offer • Exposure to global banking transformation programs • Work with the latest OBDX versions (25.x and beyond) • A collaborative, growth-oriented team culture where ownership is celebrated
