Experience

• Minimum 10 years of Database Administration experience 

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience

• Expert in install, upgrade and patching,

• Expert in database performance tuning,

• Expert in troubleshooting issues

• Advanced Backup and recovery using RMAN,

• Good knowledge of Unix and shell scripting,

• Expertise in administering RAC/ASM and Dataguard

• Handling database Corruption issues.

• Implementing Best practices

• Performing technical deep dives

• Expertise in Golden Gate

• Good working knowledge of Unix System administration, preferably Linux

Soft Skills

• Good Communication, Leadership, Problem Solving and Root Cause analysis skills
