Oracle Administrator (Oracle DBA / Exadata / KVM) - Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Administrator with 8+ years of experience to manage, administer, and support enterprise Oracle infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle platforms, system administration, high availability, backup and recovery, and performance optimization in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle environments.
• Manage Oracle systems to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot Oracle-related issues.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Support performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Implement Oracle security best practices and manage user access.
• Collaborate with database, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering Oracle environments.
• Strong experience with Oracle system administration.
• Experience with Oracle backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Oracle high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Nice to Have
• Oracle certifications.
• Experience with Oracle KVM, Oracle Exadata, or Oracle Linux.
• Experience in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
