Your Role

You'll be key in:

• Guiding clients to find eyewear that matches their style, face, and lifestyle, ensuring a perfect fit.
• Using your optics knowledge to interpret prescriptions and recommend the best lenses and coatings.
• Providing precise fittings, adjustments, and repairs for ultimate comfort and clear vision.
• Staying updated on luxury eyewear trends, frame designs, and exclusive brands.
• Working with your team to keep our boutique inviting, organized, and fashionable.
• Delivering outstanding customer service by creating personalized, memorable shopping moments and building lasting relationships.

Details

• Job Type: Full-time (37 – 42 hours per week)
• Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Benefits: Employee discount, Health insurance, Paid time off
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Location: Austin, TX 78756 (In-person, required commute)
