OPS Enrollment Specialist Opportunity

Tallahassee State College is excited to announce a part-time opening for the position of OPS Enrollment Specialist in the Admissions and Records Office. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community. 

What You’ll Do
As OPS Enrollment Specialist, the day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Processing and scaning incoming admission documents as well as enrollment and registration documents. Posting received transcripts to students’ account and manages student holds.

• Assisting with front desk coverage as needed.

• Providing customer service, comprehensive support, and detailed information about the admission and registration processes through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, tickets, and email, and aids students in the admissions process.

• Other duties as assigned.

• 20 hours per week

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Skills with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
