Responsibilities:

• You set up, operate, and load weaving machines and equipment in the weaving mill 

• You monitor production processes and ensure that operations run smoothly 

• You make technical adjustments to the weaving machines 

• You resolve errors and malfunctions and fix broken threads 

• You perform quality checks 

• You clean the machines and equipment and maintain order and cleanliness  in the work area 

Qualifications:

• You have training in textile technology or equivalent professional experience; a career change is also possible 
• You have dexterity and a strong commitment to quality 
• You are eager to learn, a team player, and work carefully and reliably 
• You are willing to work in a fully continuous shift system 
• You have a good command of German
